Are you an expat? Welcome!

Living in a foreign country can make anyone feel vulnerable. Adjustment to a new environment may be challenging and sometimes overwhelming. Old insecurities or difficulties whether they have originated in early childhood or have developed more recently, may surface. You may feel depressed, anxious, or uncertain about the future. Being far away from your familiar home environment, your family, friends and social network, may all contribute to a feeling of being disconnected. These factors can have a deep impact on how you feel and on your general well being.

Since 1996 I have been able to assist clients from all over the world no matter the cultural background or religious affiliation. My credentials, clinical experience as well as my own international background have enabled me to fully understand the complexities of expat life and to help clients through this challenging process.
